This track is the culmination of the Lipstick project which ran for just over a month and was in production for half a year. Its was a journey and we would like to thank all involved, those we just talked about the idea with, those who listened, those who took part in the project and also, those who listen to this song and hear its message.
The Lipstick project was about learning to be yourself no matter what and I truly hope we have inspired people toward that goal. This kind of confidence is difficult to build, it takes time, effort and requires maintenance. But it is worth it, and you are not alone in your journey. To quote a great Queen; if you cant love yourself, how the hell are you going to love somebody else?
Keep being you and loving yourself because life is too precious to do anything else <3

Lipstick by Full Fat - Lyrics
V1
You been talking while I been wondering.
Wondering when you gonna start your pummelling.
The truth is I don’t much care.
I’ve had worse I got nothing to fear.
CHORUS
You can cut my hair and tear my change my clothes,
Bruise my skin, bloody my nose,
Call me names throw sticks and stones,
But all you can do is break my bones
Coz I got my Lip-stick.
V2
Beat me blue but I’ll always know,
You’re a coward of a man it’s in your bones.
Maybe someday I’ll end up dead,
And I’ll feel lucky being in hell instead.
CHORUS
You can cut my hair and tear my change my clothes,
Bruise my skin, bloody my nose,
Call me names throw sticks and stones,
But all you can do is break my bones
Coz I got my Lip-stick.
V3
Woke up in the morning and put on my clothes,
Put the lipstick on next to my broke nose.
So when I hear you coming up on my back,
I can wear a smile while you beat me black.
CHORUS x2
You can cut my hair and tear my change my clothes,
Bruise my skin, bloody my nose,
Call me names throw sticks and stones,
But all you can do is break my bones
Coz I got my Lip-stick.
